We supply high quality weld nuts, including hex weld nut DIN929, square weld nuts DIN928, round weld nuts, hex flange weld nuts and special weld nuts according to customer’s drawing. Usually, the surface finishing for weld nuts is plain, but some customers also need zinc plated to resist corrosion. We can supply full sizes of weld nuts, popular sizes which are including M3 M4 M5 M6 M8 M10 M12 M14 M16, special sizes are as per customer’s demands.

Materials for weld nuts are low carbon steel and medium carbon steel, with or without heat treatment to meet customer’s different demands. The nuts can reach the mechanical properties grade 4 and grade 8. With heat treatment technology, the proof load of gr.8 can real grade 12. As a main manufacturer of special nuts in the market, we did a lot of efforts on developing the weld nuts for VW automotive, and now we have cooperation on VW lists. We have confidence that we can supply high quality weld nuts for automotive industry worldwide.

For the weld nuts, it is promised that all these nuts we produced are under the QC control which is IATF16949:2016 and ISO9001:2015. The unqualified rate is 30 PPM, rely on our automatic optional machines. For the thread Gauge, usually we promise 6H ( go gauge and no go gauge) to our customers, but some customers have special requirement which is go gauge 6G and no go gauge 6H. With the plating thickness analysis machine, we can assure the plating thickness to our customer who needs special requirement. We have salt spray testing machines to make the inspection in our own Lab.

We can offer kinds of different package methods, such as small box packing (Plastic bag +Box +Carton +Pallet) and bulk packing (Plastic bag + Carton+ Pallet), pallets or wooden cases is available.
